Contents contain Urea and Water only. Do NOT Consume. For external use only. Adult supervision recommended. Non-toxic, contains Water 74%, Propylene Glycol 23%, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose 3%.  In case of puncture, rinse off of skin and then rinse out pack with water and discard outer plastic pack thoughtfully. Children use under adult supervision. Cold Therapy should not be used by people with known or suspected circulatory problems unless under supervision of a doctor.
